# “The Act, means the Companies Act, 1956 (Act 1 of 1956) or any other Act
in force relating to companies and affecting the Company.
# ‘Board’ means the Board of Directors for the time being of the Company.

The first annual meeting of the Company shall be held within 18 months of its
